Hannah Schupbach, LCPC, CRSS is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Primary Care Psychology Associates, LLC. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at North Park University and her Master's Degree in Counseling and Art Therapy at Adler University, both in Chicago. Hannah has worked in community mental health and private practice since 2015. She utilizes an integrative approach that includes Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Evidence-Based Art Therapy in order to help patients manage mental health symptoms and develop coping skills to navigate life's stressors.
Hannah offers psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. She believes in collaborating directly with patients, their families and referring medical providers in order to achieve treatment goals. She prides herself on providing clinical services rooted in unconditional positive regard, humor, empathy, cultural competency and understanding social systems that negatively impact mental health. Hannah prioritizes listening to patients intently, providing honest feedback and offering a chance to develop skills in a non-judgmental space. She believes all patients can grow and heal when given time to reflect with continued support.
Hannah specializes in providing brief and long-term therapy to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems. Hannah also has extensive experience working with patients of all ages experiencing life transitions, coping with grief/loss, traumatic stress, and within the LGBTQ+ community.
