Charisma Dalvi, Psy.D. (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working with adults at Primary Care Psychology Associates.

​Dr. Dalvi completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her doctoral internship at VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System in Honolulu, HI and her postdoctoral fellowship at The Road Home Program at Rush University Medical Center where she received specialized training in PTSD treatment for Veterans and Service Members.

Dr. Dalvi approaches her work through a lens of cultural humility and an anti-oppressive framework. She is intentional about honoring each client’s unique background and lived experience, approaching therapy with curiosity, respect, and authenticity. Her work emphasizes empowerment, connection, and awareness of the broader systems that shape individual well-being.

Dr. Dalvi has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy to adults with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns. She has formal training and is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Unified Protocol. Her clinical interests include trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), health psychology, and the intersections between mental and physical well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals recover from trauma, navigate health-related challenges, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.

Dr. Dalvi also provides psychological assessment for adolescents and adults.
