Dr. Michelle Tan is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Adult Assessment at Primary Care Psychology Associates. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Adler University, with a specialization in neuropsychology. Before joining PCPA, Dr. Tan served as the Manager of Clinical Assessment and Training Director at a pediatric outpatient center, where she focused on diagnosing autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and various psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Tan provides psychotherapy and testing services to adults, children and families. With a diverse background in working with individuals of all ages, Dr. Tan has extensive experience in managing complex health issues, trauma, presurgical evaluations, neurodegenerative conditions, cognitive concerns, and end-of-life matters.
Dr. Tan’s therapeutic approach combines humanistic and cognitive-behavioral principles, helping patients achieve a fulfilling and empowered life. She fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and valued.
