He has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and humanistic interventions. Depending on the case and patient preference, he may assign activities to complete outside of session to practice skills learned in therapy. Therapy proceeds at your pace and Dr. Lurie's style is empathetic and patient with a sense of humor.
